K-Tool Engineering Sdn Bhd a ‘ONE STOP TOOLING SOLUTION’ Precision Tooling company located at the Bayan Lepas Phase 1, Free Trade Zone, Penang Malaysia was established in the year 1995.

Our primary business activities include supplying and manufacturing of Precision Tooling, Design and Manufacture of Mold for Semiconductor and Connector Industries, Die-Sets, Conversion Kit for Auto-mold System, Automation & System Integration and Mass Production Parts to Multi-National-Companies in Malaysia, as well as globally.

K-Tool Engineering started off as a small humble workshop in a rental shop lot and was only producing Spare Parts. Since its establishment K-Tool Engineering has been expanding rapidly in terms of Business Workforce and Equipment. Two years after its setup, K-Tool moved into its own 12,000 sq ft semi-detached factory in Bayan Lepas (Non FTZ).

In the year 2010, K-Tool Engineering further expanded and moved into its own ultra modern 28,000 sq ft build-up factory in Bayan Lepas, Phase 1, Free Trade Zone, Penang. Malaysia.

In order to strive to satisfy our client’s request professionally, we have a Design Center highly competent in designing molds either from package drawing or via reverse engineering. All our manufacturing departments are equipped with The State Of Art Equipments to support and fabricate the designs.

To ensure that our product quality to our valuable clients, we have a Quality Assurance Department fully equipped with highly sophisticated measuring equipments and instruments. Our quality control personnel are dedicated and meticulous in making sure that our products fulfill the quality requirement of our clients.

K-Tool Engnieering Sdn Bhd was awarded the prestigious ISO 9001 certificate in Quality Management since the year of 2002. Our achievement of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Certification for the Design and Manufacture of Precision Tooling, Molds and Dies, Jig and Fixtures is a testimony of our high quality standards and excellent track records.

On our consistent emphasize on ‘Total Customer Satisfaction’, we work very closely with our valuable customers to provide solution and design, especially to reduce cost by new design of precision mold with compound saving and used of types of material for longer tool life.

K-Tool Engineering biggest achievement was our ARE (Adhesive Reduction EDM) for Green Compound Mold for easier Releasibility. Our R&D successfully developed a Special EDM surface texture on its cavity bar which can reduce sticking problem and triple the time that is needed to clean the compound from the cavity bars as green compound (Environment Friendly) is very sticky. This has help to increase the production setup time and thus improved on cost saving. Production up time that mean cost saving.
